I’m hesitant, I’m not sure of my tidal zone, how can I not make a mistake?
Check out the “Tide Zone Map“, it shows the zones in our 2024 catalog. Refer to the “Tidal Zone Guide” where I list the ports used to draw our calendars. You will find time correction information on the tidal zone. This information is not exhaustive and remains superficial.

What title should I choose for my tide calendar?
It’s up to you to be creative! you can personalize your title using our online editor and view it before finalizing your order. Tailor-made at no additional cost. This option is free from the 2024 calendar! Be careful because we print what you request, the “process” is automated. see the next paragraph…
For each tidal zone you can draw from the titles that I offer you and that I use historically. As I could not insert the name of all the villages, towns on the coast, beaches, spots, ports or others, we decided to renovate our site and offer you the personalization of your title
I want a personalized title for my tide calendar, how do I do it?
To make your calendar unique and include the title of your choice, follow the instructions when ordering or consult the instructions.
First of all, choose the wood or paper printing medium and the style of the background of your tide calendar. Select your country, your format… and your tidal zone so that we select the right data. By advancing in the order you switch to our online editor in order to view your title live as well as the possible colors for the background.
Enter a title of up to 50 characters. Letters, numbers, symbols located on your keyboard.
I want a birth tide calendar, how do I do it?
Go to the dedicated explanatory page. This calendar is not available online. We need to get closer to you to finalize our personalized printing file and have it validated by you… Consult our instructions for use 🙂
I have already ordered and I want to know the printing time and where is the delivery?
Following your order, we print your poster or wood panel within 1 to 5 working days depending on the quantity of prints to be processed. At Les Marées we do not have unnecessary stock. Contact us by email if you have a deadline, we will do our best to satisfy you.
You will automatically receive an order confirmation email from our site. Please check the information in this order confirmation. If you don’t see the message, check your spam folder. Didn’t receive anything? This is not normal, contact us!
Then your package is shipped according to your choice. You receive an email confirming the departure of the package (look in your spam) as well as the tracking number to use on the tracking spaces of our partners.
In France: Chronopost at home (within 24 hours to 48 hours) or Mondial Relay at relay points and lockers (minimum 4 working days).
Outside France: Chronopost at home (minimum 5 working days).

Damaged package: you must refuse a damaged package. If you accept a degraded package, you accept its condition. We cannot do anything with the carrier. Take a photo for proof and come back to us so that we can re-print or refund you according to the CGV.
Non-compliant product: if it is a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, file complaints within 2 weeks with supporting photo. We will return the expected product to you. See the CGV.
personalized calendar claims
You have personalized the title of your calendar, you have written the title, you have viewed it and you have validated the order. This is a tailor-made order specially made for you which arrives in good condition and meets your request. You have made a spelling error, forgotten an accent, put too many spaces between 2 words… You cannot file a claim, we will not be able to refund or exchange. Be careful when ordering, pay attention to spelling, accents, lines, dashes, dots, etc. See the CGV.
I’m a professional, how do I put my logo on a calendar?
Contact us and send us your logo in vector format if possible to firstname.lastname@example.org (a .pdf or .jpeg file may be sufficient, depending on your logo). We take your order directly and consider with you the possibilities of inserting the logo. Payment will be made by invoice.
We will come back to you with the visual of the calendar + logo to have you validate the “Bon à Tirer”. We may need to modify the logo in terms of colors, or remove a “base line”. We will need your consent. Aesthetics is a priority in order to better represent you.
